Sotheby’s New York Expecting $5.5M for Rare 41.50ct. Diamond

Auction house Sotheby’s in New York will put a rare 41.50-carat diamond on the block at its spring Magnificent Jewels sale next month.
The round, D-color, flawless, triple Ex, type IIa diamond is likely to create huge interest in the industry.
Sotheby’s is expecting the extraordinary polished gem to sell for $5.5 million at the April 15 auction, the firm said in a report on Rapaport News. Read more here about the upcoming auction.
